Is Miley a bad image?

Miley, Demi and her friend were in a rare picture together taking pictures. In this picture, pretty much people says she looked innapropriate. Well, Miley is growing up, and I think people need to deal with that. Miley is her own person, and she can make all her decisions whether they turn out good or not. People have also said Miley is ubber (sp?) annoying and slutty. I’ve seen people wearing this, do you just spot them out of the corner of your eye and call them a ‘slut‘ right on the spot? No.
